RAH/CEL is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Because many RAH/CEL products are handcrafted in small batches using naturally derived ingredients, minor variations in color, texture, consistency, or appearance may occur from batch to batch. These natural variations do not necessarily indicate a defect.

We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product will exactly match how it appears online or meet every individual expectation.

All product descriptions are subject to change without notice at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities offered to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. RAH/CEL reserves the right to accept or decline an order for any lawful reason at our discretion.

Your order is not accepted until RAH/CEL confirms acceptance. Payment must be received and processed before an order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once processing has begun.

If we decline, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided with your order.

Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery or purchase. Eligible products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal-care products cannot be returned.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@rahcel.co as soon as possible so we can address the issue.

Purchases are intended for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect when the order is placed and will appear in the order confirmation.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.

Prices offered online may differ from prices offered at markets, events, promotions, or through other sales channels.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information.

You represent that you are authorized to use any payment method submitted and agree to pay all charges associated with your purchase, including applicable shipping charges and taxes.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

RAH/CEL is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer, or events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

RAH/CEL is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with RAH/CEL.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and RAH/CEL, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.

You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to purchases and transactions with RAH/CEL.
