SHIPPING POLICY

RAH/CEL, LLC currently ships within the United States.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are carefully packed and prepared for shipment. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before your order ships. Processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume.

SHIPPING RATES

Standard shipping is currently a flat rate of $7.95 per order.

RAH/CEL, LLC reserves the right to update shipping rates as carrier costs and shipping services change. The shipping charge shown at checkout will be the applicable rate for your order.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Standard shipping is estimated to arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

ORDER TRACKING

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order after your package has shipped.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at hello@rahcel.co. We will make every reasonable effort to correct the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times and handling are outside our direct control.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@rahcel.co as soon as possible and include your order number and photos of the package and damaged item(s) so we can review the situation.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check around your delivery location and with household members or neighbors before contacting the carrier and RAH/CEL.

HEAT-SENSITIVE PRODUCTS

Some RAH/CEL products are made with natural oils, butters, tallow, and waxes that may soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures during transit.

A change in texture caused by heat does not necessarily affect the usability of the product. Please bring packages indoors promptly after delivery and store products according to the directions provided with the product.
