DRIED LAVENDER BUDS

A Flower With Royal Connections

Dried lavender buds are the aromatic flowering parts of lavender plants. They keep much of lavender's familiar herbal-floral character after drying.

Why We Chose It

They bring visual detail and an unmistakable botanical identity to suitable bath and body products. They also remind us that fragrance can be lovely without everything being complicated.

Good to Know

Dried buds and distilled lavender essential oil come from the same general plant family but are very different materials.

Fun Fact

Queen Victoria reportedly preferred lavender jelly instead of mint jelly with roast lamb. The floral favorite once had a seat at the royal dinner table.
